Zachary D. Summers is a residential and commercial trained designer with interests in Smart House Technology, Photovoltaic Systems Integration and lighting design. He was raised in Norman, Oklahoma where he eventually would attend the University of Oklahoma with interests in medicine but would instead pursue and receive a Bachelor's Degree of Architecture.

Zac relocated to Santa Fe, NM immediately following his completion of college to follow his life-long dream of living in the Rocky Mountains as well as becoming mentored by a registered Architect. Before relocating, he secured a position with Boniface + Associates under Boniface III, where he would stay for 4 1/2 years until 2009. Here he received his training and internship as he would be an intern initially, and eventually an office manager, a project manager, a designer, manage client relations, and learn the "jack of all trades" abilities he was seeking.

As the local Santa Fe economy soled down in the last 2 1/2 years, Zac has sought, gained, and completed several freelance architectural projects. These include, residential remodels, permit sets for contractors, Photovoltaic systems retrofits, drafting services, design services and consultations. Currently, among other means of employment Zac is working as Sales Manager and In-House Designer at Molecule/Furniture & Design. Although he is currently seeking licence and registration Zac Summers is not a licensed Architect in the State of New Mexico at this time.
